These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Virtual Works LLC ("Virtual Works," "we," "us," or "our") website and AI assistant platform. Our SMS service was discontinued on August 26, 2026. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

Virtual Works provides AI-powered virtual assistant services for businesses. Our platform enables businesses to automatically communicate with their customers using artificial intelligence, through the chat assistant on their website. Alerts and human-handoff notifications are delivered to the business owner over Telegram, which is an owner channel only and is not used to communicate with the business's customers. Services include automated responses to customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, lead capture, and related communication features.

SMS messaging terms (program discontinued)

Program name: VirtualWorks.ai SMS Assistant (discontinued August 26, 2026, no messages are sent or received)

Message frequency (historical): While the program was active, message frequency varied based on user interaction, and SMS replies were sent in response to your text messages. No messages are sent now.

Message and data rates (historical): While the program was active, message and data rates may have applied through your mobile carrier.

Opt-in: While the program was active, texting a Virtual Works or Virtual Works client phone number was your consent to receive AI-generated SMS responses. Opting in is no longer possible.

Opt-out (historical): While the program was active, replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE stopped further messages. No messages are sent now.

Help (historical): While the program was active, replying HELP or INFO returned support information. For support now, email david@virtualworks.ai for assistance.

Supported carriers (historical): While the program was active, it was compatible with all major US mobile carriers.

AI-generated responses

Our AI assistant uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses are for informational and customer service purposes only and should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Virtual Works is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated information.

Intellectual property

All content, software, and technology used to provide Virtual Works services are the property of Virtual Works LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

Limitation of liability

Virtual Works provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or inaccurate AI responses.

Service availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 availability for our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms or uses our services in a manner that could harm Virtual Works or its clients.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
