Two ways to get work moving

An assistant for the day.
A developer for the idea.

The proposed workspace brings business work and development together. We choose the tools and connected services around the tasks you want it to perform.

Assistant mode

Give your assistant a clear task and the right access. Build a workflow around your existing business tools, with review points for actions that need your judgment.

  • Research and prepare a brief with sources.
  • Draft documents, reports and business correspondence.
  • Work with approved browser tools and connected services.
  • Organize files and prepare recurring business workflows.

Developer mode

Turn a requirement into a project with a working environment around it. Keep the code, dependencies and previews together, and agree on how changes reach production.

  • Build websites, tools and applications from a brief.
  • Run development tools and meaningful project checks.
  • Review previews and changes before publication.
  • Keep projects in version control with a deployment plan.

Choose the environment

Match the computer
to the way you work.

Windows, Linux and Mac are part of the offering design. The right option depends on your software, performance needs, licensing and preferred workflows.

Familiar tools.
More room to work.

For teams that rely on Windows applications, a familiar desktop and established business workflows. We scope application compatibility, licensing and remote access before deployment.

Best starting point: Windows business applications and desktop workflows.

A foundation
for building.

For web development, automation and server-oriented projects. Choose a development environment with the runtimes, command-line tools and project resources your work needs.

Best starting point: development tools, automation and open-source environments.

The Apple tools
your projects need.

For work that requires macOS and Apple development tools. Mac deployments require dedicated Apple hardware, an appropriate hosting arrangement and applicable licenses.

Availability is scoped individually. Mac does not run on a standard Linux cloud VM.

These are planned deployment options, not a self-service inventory. Each environment needs a confirmed hardware, software and hosting plan. Customer application licenses may be required.

Useful autonomy. Clear control.

Let the work progress.
Keep your decisions yours.

A workspace should feel like a capable colleague with a well-defined assignment. We design the access, review points and operating limits before connecting your business systems.

Tell us what you want your workspace to do ↗
  • A separate customer environment

Scope dedicated workspace resources and customer access. Development workloads are kept separate from production website hosting.

  • Visible work and a way to intervene

Plan for progress visibility, human review, remote access and ways to pause work or take control. Exact controls depend on the selected tools.

  • Permissions for the task

Connect only the accounts and services the agreed workflow needs. Set review requirements for publishing, spending and other sensitive actions.

  • A budget you can understand

Define compute, storage and AI usage allowances, plus spending limits. Additional capacity, software licensing and usage are scoped before purchase.

Start with a real use case

A thoughtful setup,
from the first task.

Bring the work you want to accomplish. We will turn it into a practical workspace plan rather than asking you to choose a machine without context.

  1. Choose the first jobs.

Identify the business tasks or development project, the people using it and the systems it needs to reach.

  2. Agree on the environment.

Confirm the operating system, resources, software, access, usage budget and backup requirements. Validate any specialized hosting or licensing.

  3. Build and validate a pilot.

Test the actual workflow, review the output and confirm the customer controls. Broader access or recurring operation follows the agreed pilot results.

  4. Grow around proven work.

Add tools, integrations or resources as the use case grows. Ongoing maintenance, support and costs are defined in the service agreement.

Before you get started

A workspace built
around your needs.

Is this available to launch immediately?

The offering is in custom deployment planning. This page introduces the intended service and starts a consultation. We confirm platform availability, scope, pricing and pilot validation before a workspace is provisioned.

Can it replace my physical laptop?

It can be planned as a persistent remote computer for agreed tasks, accessed from a suitable device and connection. Peripherals, offline work, graphics-intensive software and specific applications need a compatibility assessment. Your use case determines whether it complements or replaces part of your existing setup.

Can the assistant send messages or publish changes?

Only within the access and approval rules agreed for your workflow. We define who can authorize external messages, production changes, purchases and other consequential actions before connecting those systems.

Are AI usage and software licenses unlimited?

No. The proposal defines the included machine resources and AI usage, any extra usage costs, spending limits and required software licenses. We assess the expected workload before recommending a plan.

Can you also manage the website it builds?

We can scope development, website hosting and ongoing operations together. Explore VirtualWorks services or VirtualCerts for the certificate service. Production hosting and the development workspace remain separate environments.

From idea to a working plan

What would you put
your workspace to work on?
