Why is the managed tier $397/month and the others "Let's talk"?

The managed tier is standardized. Same hosting, same components, same operating model for every customer. That makes it easy to price flat. Custom builds and full handoffs depend on your infrastructure, your security requirements, and what you want integrated. Every one is different. We'd rather give you a real number after a 30-minute scoping call than post a misleading range.

Are there contracts on the managed tier?

No. Month to month. Cancel anytime. We earn your business every month.

What's the 30-day guarantee?

If you're not happy in the first 30 days, we refund your first month. No questions asked. The guarantee only applies to the managed tier. Custom builds and handoffs follow the terms in your scoped agreement.

What does a custom build typically cost?

It depends entirely on your scope. A small project with a single integration might be in the low five figures. A regulated enterprise environment with multiple integrations and compliance scoping is significantly more. We give you a fixed price after a scoping call. No hourly billing, no surprise overages.

Can I start managed and move to a custom build later?

Yes, and many customers do. You can also take what we built on the managed tier with you (your code, your data, your accounts) and re-host it on your own infrastructure as part of a custom or self-sustaining engagement.

Do you offer support contracts after a handoff?

Yes, but only if you want one. Self-sustaining means you can run it without us, but if your team would rather have us on call, we can scope an ongoing support agreement separately.
