This SMS program has been discontinued. As of August 26, 2026 Virtual Works no longer operates an SMS assistant, and the number that served it is no longer in service. No messages are sent or received. The terms below are retained for reference, and they still govern data that was collected while the service was active. How to opt in
While the program was active, you could opt in to receive SMS messages from Virtual Works in the following ways. None of these are available now.
- By texting our business phone number. Initiating a text message to that number was your consent to receive AI-generated SMS replies related to your inquiry.
- By clicking a "Text us" call-to-action button on our website at virtualworks.ai. Those buttons now open the site chat instead.
- By texting the keyword START, YES, or UNSTOP to that number.
What messages you will receive
While the program was active, opting in meant you received AI-powered SMS responses related to your inquiry. Messages may include information about our services, pricing, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication. Message frequency varies based on your interaction, you will receive replies in response to your text messages.

How to opt out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of the following keywords:
- STOP
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
- UNSUBSCRIBE
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
