Service description
Virtual Works provides AI-powered SMS virtual assistant services for small businesses. Our platform enables businesses to automatically communicate with their customers via SMS using artificial intelligence. Services include automated responses to customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, lead capture, and related communication features.
SMS messaging terms
Program name: Virtual Works AI SMS Assistant
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction. You will receive SMS replies in response to your text messages.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Opt-in: By texting a Virtual Works or Virtual Works client phone number, you consent to receive AI-generated SMS responses. You may also opt in by texting START or YES.
Opt-out: Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Supported carriers: Compatible with all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others.
AI-generated responses
Our SMS assistant uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses are for informational and customer service purposes only and should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). Virtual Works is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Send spam or unsolicited messages through our platform
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with our services
- Impersonate another person or entity when using our services
- Use our services to collect information about others without their consent
Intellectual property
All content, software, and technology used to provide Virtual Works services are the property of Virtual Works LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Virtual Works provides services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtual Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or inaccurate AI responses.
Service availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 availability for our SMS services but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for any user who violates these Terms or uses our services in a manner that could harm Virtual Works or its clients.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
